Choose the plan that suits you at account.getwhizz.com. Also, select a convenient pickup location or delivery for $35. Your monthly rent starts when you pick up the bike. When you're finished, cancel your rental plan and return the bike to us.
You can rent an e-bike if you:
• are at least 18 years old
• have a valid US-issued ID
• own a debit/credit card in your name (no cash or prepaid cards)
Note: We do not require an SSN. Sometimes, a refundable deposit may be needed.
Proof of address isn’t required unless:
• your address is out-of-state
• your ID doesn't show an address
We do background checks on all customers. If you don't pass, we might not be able to rent you an e-bike, or we may ask for a deposit.
Your plan includes an electric bike with an alarm system, phone mount, charger, and safety lock. A bike basket is also free when available. For a small extra fee, you can add our protection plan for extra peace of mind. Extra accessories are available for purchase. Plus, the plan includes free maintenance and repairs for wear and tear.
Just return the e-bike to one of our locations within 24 hours of your rental plan expiration, during our working hours.

When you subscribe to a rental plan, you'll get either a brand-new e-bike or one in like-new condition, depending on what's available
You can park your e-bike anywhere safe, as long as it doesn’t block pedestrian or vehicle traffic. Use bike stands, and always remove the battery and lock the bike—both are included in your rental plan. For extra security, don’t leave the e-bike unattended for long periods, especially overnight.
Treat the e-bike as if it were your own and follow all safety measures. If it gets stolen, contact our customer support right away. They will provide its location so you can try to find it yourself. If you’re unable to locate it, we’ll send a team to search for it. The customer support team can also remotely lock the front wheel of the Storm-2 bike. We also recommend filing a police report. To reduce your financial responsibility, consider getting our e-bike protection plan.
We handle all maintenance and mechanical issues arising from proper use of the e-bike. If the bike breaks down due to improper or negligent use, you'll be responsible for the repair costs proportional to the damage caused. Normal wear and tear is covered under your rental plan. Specific damage fees amounts can be found in the agreement. To reduce potential costs, consider opting for our e-bike protection plan.
Yes, we offer a Protection Plan as part of your rental for $29 + tax. This plan partially covers your financial liability for damages and mechanical issues caused by negligence during the rental period. It also reduces your financial responsibility in the event of theft by third parties. For more details on what's covered, please refer to the E-bike Subscription Agreement.
You have 24 hours to return the e-bike once your rental period ends. Failure to do so within this time frame will result in daily penalties.
You can pay for your rental using a credit or debit card issued in your name. We don't accept cash, checks, or prepaid cards. Please note that your rental plan will renew automatically and the fee for the next month will be charged if you don't cancel beforehand.
The split payments program is open to individuals 18 and above who can provide the necessary documents:
Note: Proof of address is not required unless you have an out-of-state address or no address indicated on your ID
Please return the e-bike, along with all additional equipment and any other items rented from us, to one of our locations within 24 hours after your rental plan ends. Upon return, our representative will inspect the e-bike and additional equipment for damages beyond normal wear and tear. You'll then sign a Return Form to complete the process.
For Split Payments program you won't be able to return the bike before making all payments, including the one-time payment.
Returns are not available for used bikes.
You can pick up your e-bike at one of our offices in New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Washington or you can opt for door-to-door delivery for $35 in New York and New Jersey.
In other cities to get your bike, you need to arrange delivery, which costs from $99. We’ll deliver the bike right to your door anywhere in the U.S.
