How does Rent-to-Own program work?

You rent an e-bike and make a $99 down payment with your first monthly payment.‍

You can return the e-bike at any time, but the down payment is non-refundable.‍
‍
The rent-to-own plan lasts for 12 months. After completing the 12-month rental, if you decide to buy the e-bike, you will need to make a $99 buyout payment.

Who can apply?

The Rent-to-Own program is available to individuals 18 years and older who can provide the required documents:

A US-issued ID
A debit/credit card in your name (cash/prepaid cards are not accepted)

How can I pick up an e-bike?

You can pick up your e-bike at one of our offices in New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC or you can opt for door-to-door delivery for $35 in New York and New Jersey.

What documents come with the e-bike?

The e-bike comes with a user manual, battery manual and Rent-to-own supplemental agreement.

How to use an e-bike?

We've created a simple and clear manual on how to use our bikes — Storm-2 and Storm. Make sure to also review the Terms of Use on this page. You can review the text versions of the manuals at this link.

How can I pay?

You can pay using a credit or debit card issued in your name. We don't accept cash, checks, or prepaid cards.

How to return e-bike?

You can return your bike at any time before paying the buyout fee.
