What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with team members and assist clients in selecting the bicycle model based on their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain and oversee all documents flow related to rental or sales transactions.
  • Lead a small team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in person, by phone and by mail.
  • Coordinate various tasks to ensure smooth operations in the customer service area.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions.
  • Perform other tasks that might be assigned.

What You Get:

  • Flexible 8-hour shifts
  • Availability on weekdays and weekends
  • Competitive Salary: $20 - $23 per hour

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate different types of personalities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
