    • Second day using the bike and it won’t unlock no matter what I do, I showed them a video of me doing it correctly. It was still early to pick up the bike and they refuse. Costumer service is trash they make you wait for 2 hours pretending like they are talking to a team of theirs and then ghost you. Now I have to leave the bike somewhere until tomorrow hoping it doesn’t get robbed smh.

    • This place deserves less than 1 star. They are scammers, liars and exploiters. They also pay for reviews (At every location they offer store credit for reviews) I rented an ebike from them for the summer, never crashed once. Kept it inside overnight, never even got as much as a flat tire on it. At the end of the summer I rode the bike back to the shop, the person told me the bike was in excellent condition and sent me my release documents. Two weeks later I get an email claiming there was damage to the bike, and I was responsible for paying the damages. They said if I paid by the end of the month I would get a discount. Although I knew I did not cause any sort of damage whatsoever, they threatened me with legal action so I paid it to avoid any hassle. It was about $60 after the discount. Almost two months later, I get another invoice for $191. The damages were repeated from the first invoice + some new ones. I emailed them stating I refuse to pas as I already paid for the supposed damages, but I got an email back with the same script as the first. Threatening legal action, and offering a discount if I pay by the end of the month. I refuse, and they respond with the following: “Hello we are reviewing your invoice and will inform you of the outcome thank you for your feedback” Then two days later, my credit card is charged $191 without explanation or authorization from my part. TLDR: I will be pursuing legal action against this company and I strongly suggest everyone avoids dealing with this company as they are scammers. I returned the bike in perfect condition 2 months ago and still being charged for it today.

    • At first I was hesitant to come by due do some of the reviews. I decided to come by. I came in for a new delivery bag and Carla was so nice and made the process quick and transparent.     • Best rental bike service. I got my first ebike here, it's been almost a month and the bike has performed in excellent condition. The battery has last me almost an entire day doing deliveries and haven't take it for a repair once. The brakes and gears are always on point. I will recommended Whizz over other bike services to anyone planning to rent an ebike.

    • Over all a good service 👌 the staff and customer service Are very informative. The bike itself operates very well considering common wear and tear i.e. Flat tires some basket screws falling out as you ride pretty much from vibration. As for operation the bike moves well and you can get a full 8 hours using pedal assist. I would recommend it to anyone who needed to earn extra money on the side and wanted a delivery bike Without having to commit to a permanent purchase.

    • Great price affordable and great durable bikes, highly recommended after my first time using! Elijah is the best too! He was super helpful throughout the whole rental process and made sure I knew how to use the bike, the ins and outs, and what to do to keep the bike safe and use it safely. And, a few things I forgot like how to turn on the headlights and whatnot, and I emailed Elijah and he immediately got back to me, so I really appreciated his superb customer service, Elijah is the man! Super highly recommended, the folks there are all great, and Elijah and Henry will make sure you're taken good care of, will definitely tell all my friends about this!

    • Whizz is one of the best. I assure you. You can go and try your bike. They are one of the best and the service and the best. Any damage will be fixed on the same day. I was punctured on a tire and when I went in 20 minutes it was ready. You won't regret going to get yours.

      • How does split payments program work?

        You purchase an e-bike and pay in installments. First, you make an initial payment depending on the selected plan.

        You need to choose one of the following plans, with the monthly amount depending on the selected term:

        • 12 months: $169 per month

        • 6 months: $290 per month

        • 3 months: $550 per month

        After completing all the payments, the bike is yours.

      • Who can apply?

        The split payments program is open to individuals 18 and above who can provide the necessary documents:

        • A US-issued ID
        • A debit/credit card in your name (cash/prepaid cards are not accepted)

      • How can I pick up an e-bike?

        To get your bike, you need to arrange delivery, which costs from $99. We’ll deliver the bike right to your door anywhere in the U.S.

      • How can I pay?

        You can pay using a credit or debit card issued in your name. We don't accept cash, checks, or prepaid cards. 

      • How to return e-bike?

        Customers outside of NY and NJ are granted a 10-day risk-free period. Within this time, you can return the bike to us and receive a refund for your first payment. Please note that the delivery fee is non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
